When is it? Is this live?
The kickoff call is August 17, with a replay if you can't join live. After that, daily drops arrive, and we close with a live Celebration Call to celebrate the end of the challenge and give away prizes. The challenge itself is fully self-paced, not live, so it fits into any schedule.
How much time do I need each week?
That's up to you. Watch the daily drops whenever they fit — getting ready, on the treadmill, at your desk. How much action you take from there depends on your goals.
Will this work for my situation?
